About the role
- Lead strategic client partnerships —deliver thought leadership, performance insights, and ongoing recommendations aligned to client marketing and business goals.
- Own client satisfaction & retention through consistent communication, collaborative planning, in‑person meetings, and high‑impact performance presentations.
- Drive account expansion by identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across your portfolio and building deeper, wider relationships within enterprise brands.
- Guide digital strategy leveraging expertise in SEO, paid search, local search, and performance marketing to maximize client results.
- Analyze data & performance trends using search engines, analytics tools, and Rio SEO’s platform to craft compelling and actionable insights.
- Monitor KPIs & optimize programs to exceed client objectives with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Stay ahead of industry trends including local search updates, competitive shifts, and emerging best practices—and clearly communicate POVs to clients.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Account Management or Client Success experience (enterprise preferred).
- Proven success managing and growing Fortune 500 client relationships.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge—SEO, SEM, local search, and performance marketing required.
- Experience analyzing large datasets and turning data into client‑ready insights.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills—written and verbal.
- Confident, self‑directed, collaborative, and highly detail‑oriented.
- Expertise in Local Search and Google Business Profile preferred.
- Deep SEO background plus complementary experience in SEM, PPC, display, social, email, and analytics is a plus.
- SaaS industry experience with a focus on client delivery or account growth is preferred.
