About the role
- Partner with the CMO to define and execute Prenuvo’s clinical strategy across radiology, consult services, and care delivery
- Support development of clinical programs, protocols, and care models that improve patient outcomes and experience
- Translate clinical priorities into actionable operational plans across clinics
- Work closely with Clinic Operations leadership to drive performance across Prenuvo centers
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve clinic efficiency and consistency
- Support rollout of new clinical services across locations
- Serve as a connective tissue across Clinical, Operations, Product, and Technology teams
- Ensure alignment between clinical priorities and product/engineering roadmaps
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives
- Define and track key clinical and operational metrics
- Act as a key partner to the CMO in preparing materials for executive leadership and clinical communications
- Drive clear, consistent communication across clinical teams and the broader organization
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, healthcare strategy, healthcare operations, or a high-growth healthcare company
- Strong healthcare background required
- Deep interest in clinical operations, care delivery, and improving patient outcomes
- Proven ability to work closely with senior clinical leaders
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills with a track record of driving complex initiatives from concept to execution
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, ambiguous environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of judgment, discretion, and professionalism
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
