About the role
- Assess the training and implementation needs of customers, clinicians, and internal staff
- Create and deliver live online trainings, on‑demand courses, and in‑person workshops
- Develop AAC implementation materials across a variety of platforms and formats
- Contribute to learning management system (LMS) content creation and deployment
- Present professional development sessions via e-learning, webinars, on‑demand, and live events
- Collaborate with other departments to create and update print and digital training materials
- Support national and regional conferences to ensure PRC‑Saltillo’s training and products are showcased effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a disability/assistive technology‑related field required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in AAC or Assistive Technology required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills for both online and in‑person training
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem‑solving and analytical thinking
- Flexibility and comfort with changing priorities
- Experience with video production preferred.
