Manager

• The Construction Manager (CM) develops crews, monitors progress and ensures projects stay on schedule and within allotted time and cost budgets.
• The CM is responsible for ensuring projects are properly planned, including ordering and receiving materials, coordinating equipment availability, and ensuring crews understand the plan to execute successfully and safely within the given timelines.
• The Civil CM oversees and ensures proper execution of trenching, concrete work, grading, and other ground-related tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage project construction from start to finish, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Assist the Project Manager with the creation of critical path schedules for new sites.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures to ensure timely completion in co-ordination with other construction managers when required.
• Ensure project resources such as materials, tools, and equipment are scheduled and delivered per the project plan.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including other construction managers, project managers, customers, and subcontractors.
• Supervise and lead crews and subcontractors, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to project goals and ratios.
• Assign tasks, provide technical guidance, and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.
• Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork among team members.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development.
• Manage, reviews and approve daily time and reporting from assigned Foreman and Subcontractors.
• Create and monitor two week-look ahead and daily schedules for assigned crew types.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify any defects, deviations, or non-compliance issues.
• Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, training and regulations, creating a safe work environment for all personnel on-site.
• Oversee trenching, concrete work, fence installation, soil management, grading, SWIP (Storm Water Pollution Prevention), and machine operations.
• Ensure proper planning and execution of ground-related activities, maintaining quality and safety standards.

Construction Manager – Civil

• Conduct regular site inspections and communicate with project stakeholders
• Supervise and lead crews and subcontractors, ensuring efficient utilization of resources
• Implement and enforce quality control measures and safety protocols

Construction Manager – Electrical

Communications

• Build, install, decommission, assemble, and modify ground and tower telecom equipment
• Perform jobsite system tests including, PIM, Sweep, Fiber OTDR, and optical power meters
• Assist in troubleshooting site issues as they arise
• Read drawings, plans and construction drawings
• Perform basic crane signaling to direct lifting and moving of equipment by crane operators
• Clean and organize jobsites, tools and crew trucks and trailers

Telecommunications Tower Technician 1

• Build and install telecommunications equipment on customer job sites
• Perform testing and assist with related tasks under supervision
• Assist in performing jobsite system tests
• Troubleshoot site issues as they arise
• Route cabling including coax and fiber optic cable
• Perform basic crane signaling
• Clean and organize jobsites, tools, and crew trucks

Telecommunications Tower Technician I

• Builds, installs, decommissions, assembles, and modifies telecom equipment and troubleshoots existing sites
• Prepares radios, climbs towers, sets RETs, azimuths, down tilts, connects conduit, pulls wire, builds/tests jumpers, and terminates fibers, coax, and AC & DC voltages
• Routes cabling, including coax, DC power cable, and fiber optic cable, according to site documentation and schematics
• Reads plans and construction drawings
• Performs basic crane signaling to direct lifting and moving of equipment
• Verifies that required materials are on the job site, identifies missing materials, and informs the Foreman as needed
• Assists in performing job site system tests, including PIM, SWEEP, Fiber OTDR, and optical power/light testing
• Performs work on ground, in structures, inside/outside buildings, on rooftops, and in crawl spaces
• Cleans and organizes the work environment
• Maintains and upkeeps equipment and tools
• Other duties as assigned
