Manager

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of all vehicles and equipment.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
• Track and analyze fleet metrics, including fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and usage rates.
• Coordinate delivery of equipment and materials to support operational needs.
• Perform minor repair work on vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Recommend procedures and process improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Assess project needs to determine equipment requirements and prioritize procurements.

Vice President of Operations

Director

• Lead the development and implementation of a company-wide safety culture where safety is a core value and shared responsibility.
• Partner with senior leaders, project managers, superintendents, foremen, and field employees to drive proactive safety behaviors, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead company safety programs designed to reduce injuries, incidents, property damage, and operational losses while improving productivity and reducing workers' compensation and rework costs.
• Lead the audit of all safety program elements, schedule and perform (when necessary) safety audits and inspections; identify issues and develop corrective action plans.
• Use root cause analysis to identify trends and develop action plans to address findings.
• Develop and execute the company's annual safety strategy, goals, metrics, and improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and monitor leading safety indicators including near-miss reporting, hazard identification, training completion, safety observations, and corrective action closure rates.
• Present safety performance, trends, leading indicators, and improvement recommendations to executive leadership on a regular basis.
• Partner with Business Development and Operations to support customer qualification processes, preconstruction planning, customer audits, safety presentations, and ongoing customer relationships.

Safety Director

• The Construction Manager (CM) develops crews, monitors progress and ensures projects stay on schedule and within allotted time and cost budgets.
• The CM is responsible for ensuring projects are properly planned, including ordering and receiving materials, coordinating equipment availability, and ensuring crews understand the plan to execute successfully and safely within the given timelines.
• The Civil CM oversees and ensures proper execution of trenching, concrete work, grading, and other ground-related tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage project construction from start to finish, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Assist the Project Manager with the creation of critical path schedules for new sites.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures to ensure timely completion in co-ordination with other construction managers when required.
• Ensure project resources such as materials, tools, and equipment are scheduled and delivered per the project plan.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including other construction managers, project managers, customers, and subcontractors.
• Supervise and lead crews and subcontractors, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to project goals and ratios.
• Assign tasks, provide technical guidance, and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.

• Oversee trenching, concrete work, fence installation, soil management, grading, SWIP (Storm Water Pollution Prevention), and machine operations.
• Ensure proper planning and execution of ground-related activities, maintaining quality and safety standards.
