Full-stack Engineer

• The Senior Software Engineer develops information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions.\n• This position will design, code, repair, enhance, integrate, upgrade, convert, provide level-3 support, and administer application software, and middleware.\n• Work is performed within enterprise guidelines and standards regarding the development life cycle, version control, source code control, documentation, testing, code verification, continuous integration, continuous deployment, automation, compliance policies and team collaboration.\n• This level of software engineer will work on every story in the sprint. Senior Software Engineer

Consultant

• Collaborate within a team of advisory consultants to deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems
• Lead and participate in engagement workstreams; determine client needs, lead data analyses, interpret results, and develop recommendations
• Develop deliverables and presentations for various audiences; assist in risk identification and mitigation; manage workstream economics and project management
• Participate in all engagement phases: issue identification, hypotheses, planning interviews, analytics, developing recommendations, and helping implement change
• Lead production and quality assurance of client analytics deliverables; provide data-driven insights and solutions
• Build and maintain dynamic data models based on Premier and client needs
• Lead process standardization efforts; standardize and automate client deliverables and internal tools

Senior Consultant, Advisory Services

Director

• The Senior Director is responsible for managing a book of business across multiple customers of 5 million or more in sales and revenue. This position will be primarily responsible for performing billable work for clients.\n• Sells and delivers comprehensive consulting projects within an assigned service line and/or sells and delivers on large engagements of up to $250k or more.\n• Manages service line performance, which includes development of offerings, sales and business development, quality of implementation, and customer satisfaction.\n• Actively grows the entire Premier portfolio.\n• Maintains a high level of staff utilization and appropriate margin level on all engagements.\n• Success is measured by service line revenue, margin, customer satisfaction, number of customers, and program development.\n• Lead engagements as stated above and also acts as subject matter expert providing the deep technical/clinical level of involvement in engagements to influence decisions.\n• Serves as the primary liaison in issues related to expertise.\n• Provide clinical/technical oversight to staff in development of engagements, materials, events, initiatives, committees, meetings, and presentations.\n
