About the role
- Lead day-to-day logistics for international markets (excluding UK, NI, ROI)
- Develop and execute end-to-end customer service strategies
- Manage the in market 3PL/4PL relationships, tenders, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with import & export regulations and documentation
- Drive continuous improvement and cost-effective supply chain solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support new routes to market (RTMs), New Product Developments, and customer launches
- Own the international logistics P&L and budget management
Requirements
- 5+ years proven experience of international logistics with an FMCG background
- experience of 3PL/4PL management
- Strong knowledge of customs, Incoterms, tariffs, and multi-temperature logistics service providers (dedicated or multi-user)
- Experience working with cost to serve models
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Budget & P&L experience
- Analytical and process driven mindset
