Track project deliverables through all departments
Ensure due dates are relayed and obstacles identified and communicated
Run clients medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process including submissions and coordinating with tags
Oversee coordinating internal and external meetings and taking meeting notes
Review invoicing documents and final reconciliations under supervision
Prepare Sunshine Act reports and ancillary reports as required
Work closely with logistics vendor for meeting planning tasks
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a concentration in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism; other majors will be considered
0-2 years of prior work experience in a client service/agency setting or related internship experience
A high level of computer competency and intermediate or advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
