About the role
- Define, articulate, and continually refine the product vision and develop a comprehensive roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering through design, development, launch, and ongoing iteration.
- Partner and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders—including customers, business leaders, development teams, and data science experts—to ensure alignment and shared understanding of business objectives.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing evolving requirements, business impact, and user value.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, leveraging analytics and metrics to validate hypotheses, track product performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices in healthcare policy and AI applications, and champion the integration of advanced solutions into product strategy.
- Mentor and support Product Owners, promoting domain knowledge and organizing knowledge-sharing to build collective expertise within the team. Act as a role model for curiosity and continuous improvement, challenging assumptions and encouraging a questioning mindset within the team.
- Oversee scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring effective delivery by attending Scrum meetings and collaborating with the delivery team to address blockers and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the role of Product Manager or in a similar role, with proven hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
- BA degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
- Working knowledge of product development architecture
- Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Experience working with large teams
