About the role
- Lead quarterly business reviews and communicate key performance metrics (usage, adoption, revenue, retention) to internal stakeholders.
- Develop and execute data-informed product growth initiatives based on customer and market insights.
- Define and maintain a 2-year roadmap for Next Gen CogAT, ensuring milestones are delivered on time and within scope.
- Translate customer needs into clear, validated business requirements for features such as scoring, reporting, UX/UI, and directions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated execution of growth plays and roadmap priorities.
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop go-to-market plans for major feature releases, including messaging, enablement assets, and success metrics.
- Monitor delivery progress and ensure milestones translate into measurable customer and business value.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management experience
- Experience in education with a deep understanding of the education market
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect customer insights, market trends, and business objectives to identify growth opportunities.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data to inform priorities and measure success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience partnering with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and CX to drive aligned execution.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of customer needs and how to translate them into product strategy and requirements.
- Execution Through Influence: Ability to lead initiatives and drive results across teams without formal authority.
- Communication Clarity: Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex business and technical needs.
- Commercial Acumen: Understanding of market dynamics, customer segments, and revenue levers to shape impactful GTM strategies.
