About the role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global benefits strategy
- Design and manage benefit programs across markets
- Lead global benefit harmonization efforts
- Serve as the primary internal advisor on global benefits trends and risks
- Ensure all plans comply with local regulations and labor laws
- Partner with Legal to manage compliance audits
- Oversee global vendors and insurance providers
- Develop and manage benefits budgets
Requirements
- 18+ years of progressive experience in global benefits management
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Certifications such as CEBS, GPHR, CCP
- Strong analytical and communication skills with senior-level influence
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks across the U.S., EMEA, APAC, LATAM
