About the role
- Lead and mentor a global team of engineers to deliver high-performing identity and endpoint services.
- Administer and optimize the Microsoft 365 tenant, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and associated collaboration tools.
- Work closely with SecOps to implement Zero Trust principles, Conditional Access, and Defender integration.
- Design and deploy end-to-end employee lifecycle automations integrated with HRIS systems (Workday, etc) to ensure seamless onboarding/offboarding.
- Oversee operations for Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM) while providing expert-level management of Apple Mac environments via Jamf.
- Lead the strategy and delivery of virtual desktop solutions (Azure Virtual Desktop/Windows 365) to support a global, flexible workforce.
- Drive license optimization, patch compliance, and consistent hardware/software configurations across Windows and macOS.
- Define and track KPIs/SLAs while acting as a high-level technical escalation point for complex incidents and ensure root-cause resolution for recurring issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years managing M365, Intune, and identity platforms in an enterprise setting.
- Proven track record leading teams, managing budgets, and implementing enterprise workplace solutions.
- Deep technical mastery of M365, Entra ID (hybrid identity, SSO & MFA), Intune, Defender Suite, and Autopilot.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM) and co-management strategies.
- Proven experience managing macOS and iOS in an enterprise setting using Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager.
- Technical proficiency in Windows and VDI platforms to support diverse user needs.
- Expert-level PowerShell scripting and experience with API-based integrations (Graph API) for HRIS/ITSM workflows.
- Familiarity with maintaining compliance for SOC2, HIPAA, or ISO27001 standards
- Excellent analytical, financial, and decision-making skills.
