About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the engineering team and stakeholders.
- Lead day-to-day delivery activities for the Gold Image workstream, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage the team’s backlog, priorities, and cadence.
- Coordinate image development and maintenance activities across AWS and Azure environments.
- Monitor workstream progress, manage dependencies, and escalate blockers as needed.
- Track and report on workstream status, metrics, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Support the team’s use of automation and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) to improve delivery velocity and consistency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in information technology, including experience managing small, high-performing Agile teams.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Azure) and modern DevSecOps practices.
- Prior experience supporting compliance-focused engineering or cloud security teams is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to navigate technical and non-technical discussions.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools to manage delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Scrum Master certification (or other Agile credentials) and Government contract experience are a plus.
