About the role
- Own critical pre-deployment milestones and ensure partners have a great experience
- Review install pipeline and coordinate site readiness checks
- Balance partner capacity, customer readiness, and internal dependencies
- Run bid processes, define scopes, validate quotes, and ensure cost-effective installs
- Keep partners and internal teams aligned with updates
- Identify bottlenecks and create new playbooks and systems
- Engage and develop partners, enforce performance goals
- Partner with Operations Engineering to pilot new features

- Experience managing field projects and logistics
- Strong data-driven approach
- Skill in spotting bottlenecks quickly
- Proven ability to build relationships and onboard partners
