About the role
- Support the development and execution of integrated communications programs spanning earned media, influencer and social
- Manage day-to-day client relationships
- Lead key workstreams and ensure campaigns are executed strategically and efficiently across channels
- Oversee project timelines
- Mentor junior team members
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver impactful results for clients
- Conduct deep dives into audience behavior, aligning strategic recommendations with business objectives
- Develop and implement multi-channel strategies, integrating earned, influencer, and social efforts seamlessly
- Craft and manage creative social media campaign strategies
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience, ideally within a PR agency environment
- Strong background in the beauty industry
- Strategic and hands-on
- Strong client management skills
- Creative instincts
- Deep understanding of the beauty and broader consumer landscape
