2-5 years of professional work experience
Background in fundraising is preferred
Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or marketing will also be considered
Experience with a customer relationship management database preferred
Superb verbal and interpersonal skills
High emotional intelligence and ability to quickly connect with people by phone
Flexibility to move between different projects and activities with ease
Excellent organizational and time management skills
