About the role
- Social Media Management: Develop and schedule engaging, mission-aligned content across HCWH and Practice Greenhealth social media channels. Monitor performance and audience engagement.
- Content Creation: Draft, edit, and proof high-quality digital content including blog posts, news stories, and web updates. Repurpose content into various formats (e.g., infographics, reels, short videos).
- Video and Multimedia Production: Support the creation of short-form video and multimedia content to enhance campaigns and program materials.
- Website Maintenance: Collaborate with the Communications and Web team to update and optimize web content for HCWH and Practice Greenhealth websites.
- Program Support: Partner with our Program team to produce compelling communications materials that help hospitals and health systems advance sustainability goals.
- Project Management: Manage multiple content streams and timelines simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
Requirements
- Proven experience in communications, digital media, or related field
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with an eye for clarity, tone, and accuracy
- Experience managing organizational social media accounts (Bluesky, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Proficiency in video and multimedia content production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or equivalent)
- Solid project management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal or WordPress)
- Ability to work collaboratively across time zones and teams in a fully remote environment
- Bonus: Experience in health care, sustainability, or climate-related work
