Technical Customer Success

• Under moderate supervision, manage the onboarding of legal plan and identity theft protection benefit programs selected by large customers/employers.
• Accountable for customer satisfaction and quality execution of stated tasks throughout the process.
• Communicate effectively, collaborate with internal and external contacts, meet deadlines, organization and time management, and maintain autonomy while working on projects and duties.
• Develop implementation schedules and timelines
• Prepare meeting presentations and document deliverables
• Provide frequent status and progress reports through detailed project planning tools
• Partner with customer to develop and implement employee communication strategy
• Ensure appropriate and accurate system and contractual set-up
• Participate in sales presentations when necessary
• Review enrollment, payment history, and billing invoices to provide support to LegalShield groups, Associates, and group members
• Handle inquiries received by phone, fax, email, or mail.
• Review various reports to ensure group accounts are up to date.

Implementation Account Manager

Customer Support

• Respond to calls, emails and/or chats from members, coworkers, or other internal/external customers
• Be an advocate for our customers and be an empathetic problem-solver in all customer interactions
• Answering the phone, email and/or chat in a timely, welcoming, and professional manner
• Obtain all information and update the membership timely and accurately
• Accurately educate members on their benefits and answer member inquiries within the company guidelines
• Provide all information necessary preventing the member from having to follow-up regarding the same questions and/or concerns
• Maintain minimum KPI targets which include: Quality Average Talk Time, Average After Call Work, Average Non-Productive Time, Other KPIs within Customer Care.

• Responsible for driving national revenue growth through direct sales execution, strategic account leadership, and high-value business development.
• Hold broad ownership over a national portfolio and accountable for delivering against revenue targets.
• Manage complex sales cycles and secure large-scale, strategic partnerships.
• Align solutions to client business needs while positioning the organization as a trusted partner.
• Own and expand relationships with key clients, executive stakeholders, and strategic partners across multiple markets.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, finance, and operations to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.
