About the role
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers within assigned territory
- Handle product quotations, order processing, and customer service-related issues
- Answer customer calls in a timely manner
- Process and deliver quotations for PPI products
- Enter order information into the system accurately
- Communicate expedited delivery requests effectively
- Maintain good communication with customers and internally
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training preferred
- Basic ability to read and understand blueprints and/or order specifications
- Strong typing capabilities
- PC proficiency
