• Work closely with management and employee owners to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Perform employee relations functions including support and counseling regarding personnel and job-related conflicts, problem solving and dispute resolution.
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Maintain employee records, current and terminated including, but not limited to personnel data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, transfers, promotions, performance reviews, evaluations, and terminations.
• Recommend and implement recruitment strategies.
• Manage new hire requirements, onboarding processes, and employee orientation.
• Assist with development, tracking and implementation of employee training programs.
• Respond to unemployment claims.

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers within assigned territory
• Handle product quotations, order processing, and customer service-related issues
• Answer customer calls in a timely manner
• Process and deliver quotations for PPI products
• Enter order information into the system accurately
• Communicate expedited delivery requests effectively
• Maintain good communication with customers and internally
