About the role

  • Serve as the primary PPG representative to our dynamic customer base
  • Drive profitable growth for clients and PPG
  • Lead sales efforts across all relevant PPG technologies and services
  • Develop sustainable, long-term partnerships with high-growth-potential customer accounts
  • Accountable for growth performance; revenue and profitability
  • Develop and execute the global account strategy involving the full PPG product portfolio
  • Create value selling approach for the customer
  • Coordinate with strategic marketing to match PPG and customer strategy
  • Establish customer contacts across all levels and departments and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Lead central negotiation and pricing, develop pricing strategy following internal goals
  • Build and manage the pipeline
  • Establish financial reports of accounts
  • Demand Forecast and Contract Management

Requirements

  • 10+ years of commercial experience in a leadership role
  • Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline
  • Experience working across multiple regions and cultures
  • Experience with large OEM's and coatings technology is beneficial
  • Available for travel up to 50%
