About the role
- Serve as the primary PPG representative to our dynamic customer base
- Drive profitable growth for clients and PPG
- Lead sales efforts across all relevant PPG technologies and services
- Develop sustainable, long-term partnerships with high-growth-potential customer accounts
- Accountable for growth performance; revenue and profitability
- Develop and execute the global account strategy involving the full PPG product portfolio
- Create value selling approach for the customer
- Coordinate with strategic marketing to match PPG and customer strategy
- Establish customer contacts across all levels and departments and ensure customer satisfaction
- Lead central negotiation and pricing, develop pricing strategy following internal goals
- Build and manage the pipeline
- Establish financial reports of accounts
- Demand Forecast and Contract Management
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial experience in a leadership role
- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline
- Experience working across multiple regions and cultures
- Experience with large OEM's and coatings technology is beneficial
- Available for travel up to 50%
