General Counsel

• Review and draft various contracts related to PowerFlex’s business throughout the United States.
• Interact with clients and counterparties, including leading negotiations and communications.
• Provide legal support and serve as the main point of contact for internal business and management teams for a variety of communications around contracting and legal matters.
• Develop and refine legal systems, contract templates, processes and playbooks, to continuously improve the health of the company’s legal and compliance functions.
• Other duties as assigned.
