About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the company’s mission of engineering and constructing solar, storage, and EVSE projects
Manage all engineering aspects of commercial solar, storage, and EVSE opportunities from notice to proceed through construction and close out
Work with project team to manage engineering scope of a project, from site due-diligence and permitting activities to construction and commissioning activities
Ensure compliance with and continuity between Project Agreements by effectively managing engineering firms and equipment vendors
Oversee cadence with customer during design phase and construction phase
Organize design package with Engineering firms
Manage equipment procurement process and ensure cost-effectiveness of technical solution
Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance Group, and Asset Management team for project close out and handoff

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree: Electrical Engineering Preferred, other Engineering or STEM degree
3-5+ years of experience in Solar or BESS system design/project engineering
Experience with medium and high voltage equipment preferred
Experience with EVSE a plus
