About the role
- Own end-to-end Botox operations, from scheduling and prior authorization through injection-day execution, inventory management and patient billing/reimbursement.
- Design dashboards, workflows, and tooling to support scalable, high-quality Botox operations and to enable continuous improvement
- Lead operational expansion of Botox injection locations across CA and partner with clinical, finance, and leadership teams to launch new markets in the future.
- Coordinate provider injection schedules and backup coverage across locations; support onboarding and operational readiness for injecting providers.
- Support and eventually own strategic partnerships and the real estate components of launching new injection locations.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience operating in healthcare, clinical operations, or similarly complex, regulated environments, with meaningful ownership of outcomes (typically 5–10 years or equivalent depth of responsibility).
- Experience owning multi-step operational workflows with financial and compliance risk (e.g., inventory, reimbursement, regulatory processes).
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and build structure where processes do not yet exist.
- Strong systems thinker with experience designing dashboards, workflows, and operational tooling.
- Proven ability to coordinate and influence across functions, including providers, vendors, clinical leaders, and executive stakeholders.
- Experience leading or coordinating distributed or remote teams.
