• Execute cell design and provide the bill of materials (for samples, change requests, etc.)
• Evaluate the effects of cell design on cell properties (capacity, VED, mass, BOM, etc.) including verification of intermediates and their corresponding definitions
• Identify and analyze cell design trade-offs and derive countermeasures (prepare recovery plans, VED, QC, etc.)
• Review and highlight discrepancies between TDAs, OOPSL data, and cell design
• Coordinate the DoE overview, tracking, and gap analysis

Financial Planning and Analysis

• End-to-end investments process management with the relevant departments and the representatives PowerCo's invested companies (incl. stakeholder management, evaluation of governance structures, conducting negotiations, and drafting contracts)
• Evaluation, modelling & challenging of business plans as well as Profit & Loss, Balance and Cash-Flow statements and forecasts, incl. financial benchmarking and scenario analyses
• Key account for non-controlled shareholding management and PowerCo departments; preparation of decision materials for and communication with top decision makers of PowerCo and PowerCo's invested companies
• Support of shareholder meetings and Board of Directors meetings
• Management of cross-functional international projects and interdisciplinary project teams

Procurement

• Build and lead a team
• Implement the global Vertical Integration Strategy for Lithium and Manganese
• Convert and refine for PowerCo demand to ensure material availability, cost targets, and ESG standards
• Implement commodity and procurement strategies for new products and materials, requiring solutions in mining, raw materials, conversion, refining, and specialty chemicals
• Build and develop an organization with diverse skills, including raw material experts, mining engineers, analysts, and specialty chemicals engineers
