About the role

  • Lead management & qualification: Daily communication with warm leads, assessing their situation and determining whether a collaboration makes sense
  • Conducting initial conversations: Structured preliminary calls to separate genuine interest from casual inquiries and to prepare suitable leads for the next step in the sales process
  • Scheduling & show-up optimization: Coordinate sales calls with our closer team and ensure high show-up rates
  • CRM maintenance & sales support: Accurate documentation of all conversations in HubSpot, close collaboration with the team, and contributing ideas for follow-ups and reactivations

  • You are hungry, eager to learn and want to see results
  • Initial experience in sales or customer communication is an advantage
  • Structured, confident on the phone and comfortable interacting with people
  • Independent, responsible and committed to continuous improvement
  • You think proactively instead of blindly following a script
