About the role
- You develop and implement strategies to support and grow our most important trade partners and contribute to revenue growth.
- You are the primary contact for our B2B partners, build trusting relationships, and proactively identify collaboration and co-marketing opportunities.
- You ensure smooth day-to-day operations — including handling returns, complaints, and coordinating with logistics and production.
- You work closely with our marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure our trade partners are optimally supported.
- You represent Stapelstein® at trade fairs, industry events, and networking formats, strengthening our brand presence.
- You maintain our CRM database diligently and refine processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- Experience in account management, partner success, or B2B sales — ideally in the consumer goods, lifestyle, or toy industry.
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented, empathetic approach to work.
- Strategic thinking and a sense of ownership: you independently take on projects and turn ideas into action.
- High digital affinity and confident use of digital tools (CRM, communication, collaboration).
- Comfortable working remotely and able to work in a structured, self-organized manner.
