Account Manager

• Manage a defined portfolio of key strategic accounts
• Identify and engage key decision-makers and influencers within each customer’s warehouse equipment and automation functions.
• Work collaboratively with customers to understand operational challenges and develop tailored storage and material flow solutions.
• Partner with internal teams including Estimating, Engineering, and Project Management to craft competitive, cost-effective proposals.
• Develop account strategies focused on growing wallet share, increasing customer satisfaction, and strengthening long-term partnerships.
• Spend 50%+ of working time on-site at customer locations, gathering insight, observing operations, and nurturing relationships.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting of activities, opportunities, and key contacts in CRM and other reporting tools.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, industry trends, and product/service improvements.
