About the role
- Allocate and schedule team members across projects based on skills, availability, and priority
- Balance workloads to prevent over- or under-utilization and support on-time project delivery
- Forecast future resource needs using utilization data and upcoming project demand
- Partner with Operations, HR, and department leaders on hiring, onboarding, and reallocation planning
- Monitor resource utilization and project outcomes; share insights with senior leadership
- Resolve resourcing conflicts and support healthy team collaboration and productivity
- Leverage Wrike, Asana, AI tools, and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to improve visibility, planning, and efficiency
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related).
- Background in coordinating projects and managing teams, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage resource allocation and scheduling effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and trends to forecast resource needs and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with resource management tools and project management software (e.g., Wrike, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana).
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in resolving conflicts and managing team dynamics.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage resources in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
