About the role
- Prospect and Engage: Use a mix of cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with potential clients.
- Book Meetings: Your success will be measured by driving attended sales meetings.
- Strategize with Your AE: Work directly with the sales team to focus on high-impact accounts and prospects.
- Maintain Data Integrity: Keep HubSpot updated to ensure accurate tracking of accounts and outreach efforts.
- Collaborate & Learn: Take feedback from your manager and growth team, applying coaching quickly to refine your approach.approach.
Requirements
- 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in sales or business development.
- Experience with go-to-market tools, including CRMs, diallers & prospecting tools. Bonus for HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Proven ability to make 100 dials per day and hit activity KPIs.
- You have a genuine passion for sales and business development.
- Able to manage a high workload, you remain organized and efficient.
- Ambitious, persistent, with active listening skills and strong attention to detail.
- You work effectively as part of a team.
- Full proficiency in English is essential.
- Knowledge of another language is a plus.
- Knowledge of Private Equity firms is a plus.
