About the role
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the Director of People & Talent to execute on our headcount plan for the rest 2025 and plan for 2026, aligning talent acquisition with Posh's growth objectives.
- Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Conduct proactive outreach and manage the recruitment process to maintain a pipeline of exceptional candidates for high-impact roles, upholding a high standard for talent.
- Process Optimization: Use data-driven insights to refine processes, enhance efficiency, and create scalable strategies that support the development of a world-class team.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to department heads and hiring managers, playing a meaningful part in the hiring process for our most high-leverage roles.
- Talent & Employer Brand: You will manage the careers page, ensure consistent company descriptions across all roles, and collaborate with Marketing to create engaging hiring landing pages that showcase ‘Life at Posh.’
- International Engagement: Manage the end-to-end sponsorship process for international candidates with help from company counsel.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full lifecycle talent acquisition at growth-stage startups, with a proven track record of recruiting world-class Engineering and Product talent.
- Versatility: You possess a strong understanding of both technical and non-technical recruiting, with the ability to adapt priorities based on evolving company objectives.
- Bias for Action: You are a self-starter with the ability to take projects, new roles, etc from 0-1 with minimal oversight and the ability to share the why’s and how’s.
- Experience with modern recruiting stack: Our best in class tooling includes Ashby for our CRM/ATS, Juicebox for AI-powered sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong Communicator: You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels and foster strong relationships.
