About the role
- Keep rep schedules accurate and up to date, auditing weekly
- Support rep hiring by posting open positions and maintaining clear, updated records
- Collect and share operational data from Regional Managers, Reps, and Venues
- Update and maintain venue data in Airtable and other internal systems
- Track and report venue system updates
- Schedule and lead Zoom training sessions for new and current Reps
- Provide general support across the Venue Operations team as needed
Requirements
- Must be US-based
- Strong multitasker who can manage communications across a fully remote, global team
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Airtable, WhatsApp, and Slack
- Proactive, efficient, and highly organized
- Quick learner with excellent attention to detail
- Positive, team-focused attitude
