About the role
- Large national Title Insurance/Real Estate Firm recruiting an experienced Title Assistant for NYC (midtown) operations
- Ideal candidates will have prior Title Insurance or Legal Assistant experience with knowledge of Real Estate/Title Insurance transactions
- Knowledge and familiarity with title insurance documents and transactional flow required
- SoftPro experience a big plus; Real Estate Paralegal/legal assistant experience encouraged
- Requires excellent communication and organizational skills, superior attention to detail, and ability to work with limited supervision
- Work in a team oriented atmosphere with administrative agencies, property owners and members of the general public

Requirements
- Prior Title Insurance or Legal Assistant experience
- Knowledge of Real Estate/Title Insurance transactions and title insurance documents
- Familiarity with transactional flow
- SoftPro experience a big plus
- Current or prior experience as a Real Estate Paralegal and/or Real Estate Legal Assistant encouraged
