• Review and analyze commercial title searches, surveys, and due‑diligence materials
• Identify and resolve title issues, exceptions, and underwriting risks
• Draft and approve title commitments, endorsements, and final policies
• Collaborate with escrow, production, attorneys, and national underwriters
• Provide guidance on complex deal structures, entity documentation, and closing requirements
• Communicate underwriting decisions clearly to internal teams and clients
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and underwriter guidelines

Paralegal

• Proactively support the Legal and Compliance team as well as the Investment team with transaction closings.
• Assist in the execution and tracking of various legal agreements.
• Support Asset Management function in the review and execution of project entitlements.
• Manage large volume of highly sensitive and confidential physical and electronic documents and files.
• Assist with the formation of legal entities and maintenance of fund level subsidiaries.
• Draft and coordinate execution of board resolutions and corporate consents.
• Track and process invoices, ensuring invoices go through proper internal approval procedures.

National Residential Transaction Paralegal

Insurance

• Join a dynamic team in a leading Title Insurance company
• Utilize background in Title Insurance or as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
• Work with a solid understanding of commercial real estate and title transactions
• Familiarity with title bills and title policies is essential

Commercial Coordinator

• Responsible for evaluating title information for complex commercial transactions.
• Guide clients through the title insurance process.
• Ensure all title reports are accurate and in compliance with state laws.
