• Keep everything organized inside Salesforce so pipeline, notes, and follow-ups are always clear
• Manage your deals from first conversation through close, including follow-ups and next steps
• Avoid feature dumping. Focus on the real problems and how the product fixes them
• Share feedback from conversations so we can keep improving positioning and product direction
