About the role

  • Join Popmenu’s sales team to help restaurants recover and grow post-pandemic
  • Develop regional strategies and messaging to drive awareness and build a strong client pipeline
  • Own relationships to strengthen client portfolio in new and established markets and accelerate company growth
  • Innovate in prospecting; demonstrate ROI of restaurant technology and close deals
  • Act as a technology partner to empower restaurant owners and operators
  • Remote role required to be based in Atlanta

Requirements

  • Revenue generation: expert at selling long-term value, conducting product demos, and closing deals in accelerated sales cycles
  • Cultivating the Popmenu brand: strong local network in Atlanta and engagement with the restaurant community
  • Managing client expectations: avoid selling to businesses that aren’t a good fit; no heavy discounting or overpromising
  • Partnering effectively: strong communication and collaboration across teams and external partners
  • Skilled in prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
  • Ambitious, self-motivated self-starter with a hunter mentality
  • Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment
  • Confident and energetic in product demonstrations and articulating value and ROI
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-relations skills (in person, written, and phone)
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills
  • Passion for food and technology; proficient with smartphones and tablets
  • Experience working in a restaurant is a plus
