• Ensure the Information Security organization speaks with one clear, consistent, and credible voice — in its writing, its visuals, and the artifacts that carry the program to the rest of the enterprise.
• Design and produce Board-level and executive security materials — risk reports, posture dashboards, program updates, and decision briefs — translating technical findings into clear narratives and high-impact visuals for non-technical leadership.
• Help design a unified security-metrics reporting layer in which a single, shared pool of metrics is surfaced at every altitude — operational dashboards for analysts, reporting for management, and narrative for executives and the Board.

Graphic Designer

Sales

• Assesses local market conditions, identifies current and prospective sales opportunities and develops forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for the sales center.
• Full financial management including budget, P&L, and sales center expenses.
• Sales management of both inside and outside sales efforts, multi-channel marketing, price matrixing, support of sales promotions and coordination with preferred vendors.
• Hires, trains, directs, and manages all sales center personnel involved with sales, customer service, accounts receivable, and warehouse operations.
• Depending on the size of the sales center, may perform rather than manage others in these activities.

Paralegal

• Prepares basic legal and corporate governance documents, such as articles of incorporation, stock certificates, resolutions, consents, waivers and releases, closing papers and binders, pleadings, affidavits, contracts, etc.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting leads the Financial Reporting department and is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all external financial reporting for Pool Corporation (POOL), a publicly traded company.
• Oversee preparation and filing of all SEC-required documents, provide technical accounting expertise, manage complex quarterly processes, and partner with senior leadership and external auditors.
• Own the coordination and publication of Pool Corporation’s annual ESG report.
• Lead the preparation and review of all SEC filings, ensuring full compliance with SEC regulations, US GAAP, and internal policies.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on technical accounting issues, including new standards adoption and implementation.

• Manages multiple Sales Center Managers within a zone and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each sales center based on goals set for the region

• In accordance with departmental and professional internal audit standards, identifies and analyzes risks, plans and prioritizes audit work, conducts interviews, observes operations, documents and analyzes procedures and controls, performs control testing, prepares appropriate work papers, develops audit recommendations, reviews identified issues with appropriate management, and prepares audit report findings.
