About the role
- Overseeing and managing recruitment campaigns from attraction and advertising through to offer and on-boarding
- Directly sourcing and headhunting talent using a range of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Building and nurturing talent pipelines in line with our growth demands
- Encouraging employee referrals
- Championing the WG candidate experience
- Engaging with our Alumni talent community
- Ensure that recruiting managers are appropriately supported and that they attract, select and appoint the right candidates
- Promoting our employer brand and social media presence
Requirements
- Have a passion for the education and care of children and young people with SEN
- At least 6 months experience as a Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with attraction and sourcing techniques
- Comfortable with data and talent systems such as LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems
- Strong relationship building and networking skills
- Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
- The ability to relate to a range of different audiences
