About the role

  • Overseeing and managing recruitment campaigns from attraction and advertising through to offer and on-boarding
  • Directly sourcing and headhunting talent using a range of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Building and nurturing talent pipelines in line with our growth demands
  • Encouraging employee referrals
  • Championing the WG candidate experience
  • Engaging with our Alumni talent community
  • Ensure that recruiting managers are appropriately supported and that they attract, select and appoint the right candidates
  • Promoting our employer brand and social media presence

Requirements

  • Have a passion for the education and care of children and young people with SEN
  • At least 6 months experience as a Recruiter
  • Hands-on experience with attraction and sourcing techniques
  • Comfortable with data and talent systems such as LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong relationship building and networking skills
  • Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
  • The ability to relate to a range of different audiences
