QA Engineer

• Responsible for checking the quality of education within our schools and ensuring they meet all the Independent School Standards consistently
• Undertake reviews of all WG schools and provide detailed reports and next steps for further development.
• Carefully consider schools performance and assess how well they can demonstrate their provision.
• Complete deep dives of subjects or other remits in order to provide feedback to senior leaders and next steps.

• Ensure that every parent and carer receives expert, compassionate and timely guidance
• Continuously strengthen internal processes to enhance the overall enquiry experience
• Maximise the potential of CRM platform, HubSpot, to optimise customer journey, manage complex enquiry pipelines and drive greater efficiency
• Provide oversight and expert guidance on complex enquiries received by phone and email
• Produce insightful reports, identify trends and share meaningful analysis to shape marketing strategy and inform continuous service improvement
• Build strong relationships across the Group and actively promote Witherslack Group’s vision, values and safeguarding commitments in every interaction
