About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments
- Offering individualised interventions and engagement to our young people based on clinical assessment and formulation
- Providing consultation, workshops, training and guidance to the educational and residential teams around our children
Requirements
What you’ll need- Be a qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC
- Be a specialist with proven skills and experience to assess, formulate and support the delivery of therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needs
- Have experience of supporting the team around a child or young person to provide clinically informed living and learning environments and experiences
- Be a confident, engaging and effective, model, guide, leader and trainer
- Be highly organised and ready to take the initiative
- Be committed to ensuring the best outcomes for young people
