Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments
Offering individualised interventions and engagement to our young people based on clinical assessment and formulation
Providing consultation, workshops, training and guidance to the educational and residential teams around our children

Requirements

What you’ll need

Be a qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC
Be a specialist with proven skills and experience to assess, formulate and support the delivery of therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needs
Have experience of supporting the team around a child or young person to provide clinically informed living and learning environments and experiences
Be a confident, engaging and effective, model, guide, leader and trainer
Be highly organised and ready to take the initiative
Be committed to ensuring the best outcomes for young people
