Job Level

About the role

  • Own and evolve Pontosense’s brand strategy, identity, and voice across all touchpoints (D2C and B2B), ensuring consistent, trust-centered storytelling and clear market differentiation.
  • Develop and execute an integrated brand and marketing plan across paid, owned, and earned channels (website, email, social, content, PR, events, and partnerships) to drive awareness, demand, and subscription revenue.
  • Lead campaign strategy end-to-end: market and customer research, positioning, audience segmentation, creative briefs, channel mix, execution, and post-campaign optimization.
  • Design and run performance marketing programs (paid social, search, retargeting) with clear targets for CAC, ROAS, and subscription conversion, while balancing brand-building with near-term performance.
  • Build and manage content and storytelling efforts, including landing pages, thought leadership, case studies, email sequences, and partner collateral that support the full funnel from awareness to advocacy.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to align messaging, offers, and campaigns for both consumer and partner segments, ensuring tight feedback loops on lead quality, pipeline impact, and customer insights.
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation, CRM workflows, and reporting dashboards to track conversion rates, subscription metrics, lead quality, and campaign ROI.
  • Test and scale new channels and programs (referral, influencer, community, strategic partnerships) to unlock incremental growth and strengthen our category position.
  • Manage vendors, freelancers, and agencies (creative, media, PR) while maintaining high quality, brand consistency, and speed.
  • Build repeatable marketing playbooks, frameworks, and templates that can scale as the team grows and new markets/channels are added.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of progressive experience in brand, growth marketing, or integrated campaigns, ideally across both D2C and B2B or partner-driven businesses.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable results in acquisition, revenue, and/or engagement while strengthening brand.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce) and comfort working with data, experimentation, and analytics.
  • Strong skills in market positioning, customer segmentation, and messaging, with an ability to translate complex technology into clear, human-centered stories.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales or Revenue teams in KPI-driven environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with examples of campaigns, brand systems, or programs you’ve led end-to-end.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where processes are built from the ground up and priorities evolve quickly.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation and performance-based growth opportunities.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
  • Flexible, hybrid work environment that values autonomy and outcome-driven work.
