About the role
- Build pipeline: Identify and engage new prospects through outbound outreach, networking, and follow-up from marketing initiatives.
- Run full sales cycles: Lead discovery, demo, pilot, and close — guiding customers to a clear decision.
- Own your deals: Define next steps, align stakeholders, and drive opportunities to signed agreement.

Requirements
- You have 1–2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or sales development role.
- You’re ready to move beyond booking meetings and start owning outcomes.
- You’re confident and comfortable leading conversations.
- You’re curious, coachable, and hungry to grow.
- You want exposure to strategy, not just scripts.
