About the role
- Build pipeline: Identify and engage new prospects through outbound outreach, networking, and follow-up from marketing initiatives.
- Run full sales cycles: Lead discovery, demo, pilot, and close — guiding customers to a clear decision.
- Own your deals: Define next steps, align stakeholders, and drive opportunities to signed agreement.
- Focus effort where deals move: Focus on high-intent buyers and opportunities most likely to reach a decision.
- Develop commercial judgment: Understand why customers buy, handle objections, and refine repeatable messaging from real conversations.
- You are expected to close your first customers within your first quarter.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or sales development role
- Confident and comfortable leading conversations
- Curious, coachable, and hungry to grow
- Exposure to strategy, not just scripts
- Thrive in fast-moving environments where you can learn quickly and take on more responsibility
