• Pflege von Bestandskunden durch Folgegeschäft, Cross-Selling und aktives Beziehungsmanagement
• Beobachtung von Markt-, Kunden- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen zur Identifikation neuer Potenziale
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Innendienst und Auftragsabwicklung in München sowie mit der Geschäftsleitung in Köln
• Repräsentation des Unternehmens bei Kunden, Veranstaltungen und internationalen Messen

• Targeted market and customer research with a focus on German exhibitors at international trade shows
• Systematic acquisition of new customers by phone, digitally and through in-person meetings on site
• Planning and execution of customer appointments across Germany
• Building a reliable network in trade-show-focused industries such as medical technology, fitness, events and, prospectively, mechanical engineering
• Analyzing specific customer requirements and developing tailored solutions in trade show, event, transport and project logistics
• Presenting services, supporting pricing/costing and consistently following up through to contract closure
• Expanding new business and developing long-term customer relationships
• Managing existing customers through repeat business, cross-selling and active relationship management
• Monitoring market, customer and competitor developments to identify new potential
• Close collaboration with inside sales and order processing in Munich as well as with management in Cologne
• Representing the company to customers, at events and at international trade shows

• Alignment of technical test results in both AC and DC areas

• Support of solar projects through grid connection, commissioning and proper documentation
• Active management of delays, queries and escalations
• Close collaboration with installation teams, planning, grid operators and commercial departments
