About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Main point of contact for customers after contract signing during active PV projects
- Coordination of project workflows, schedules, dispatch and internal interfaces
- Alignment of technical test results in both AC and DC areas
- Clarification of technical changes with customers, planning and specialist departments
- Review, tracking and completeness checks of project-related documentation
- Support of solar projects through grid connection, commissioning and proper documentation
- Active management of delays, queries and escalations
- Close collaboration with installation teams, planning, grid operators and commercial departments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in project management, project coordination, dispatch/scheduling, order processing or customer support
- Also suitable for Solar Project Coordinators, PV administrators or commercial-technical all-rounders
- Technical training is an advantage, e.g., in electronics, energy engineering, skilled trades or construction
- Career changers from internal sales, order control or technical customer support are welcome
- Good technical understanding and interest in photovoltaics, solar technology and energy projects
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills, resilience and a confident manner in coordination situations
- Very good German language skills and a valid driving licence (class B)
