• Manage overall UX design strategy, priorities, and execution across the product portfolio for key user personas, leveraging emergent Ai technology
• Bring user research and design to early discovery efforts to understand user needs and design solution options.
• Lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary UX teams and foster their growth through rapidly evolving Ai tech change
• Build strong partnerships with product and engineering leaders to prioritize UX efforts and influence a user-centered approach throughout the PDLC.
• Build strong partnerships with GTM leaders to understand customer feedback and prioritize UX efforts to influence the product roadmap.
