Requirements
15+ years of experience in Product Management and Engineering for enterprise software companies, with at least 7+ years at a senior/executive leadership level
Proven track record as the product owner of a major product line or portfolio, accountable for vision, roadmap, performance, and customer outcomes
Deep experience managing global, multi-layered organizations (100+ HC) across PM, UX, and Engineering
Strong background in strategic planning, resource allocation, and investment decision-making
Expertise in product lifecycle management, including commercialization and retirement
Demonstrated success in building and leading senior leadership teams, with strength in succession planning and organizational design
Deep experience in AI development and in driving AI-based transformation within existing product lines
Skilled at driving outcomes in matrixed environments
Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, and more
Experience in M&A product integration and post-acquisition scaling
Knowledge of modern software development practices including agile, DevOps, and AI/ML-enabled development
Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate market trends into product strategy
Exceptional executive communication and influence skills
Experience managing large budgets and aligning investments with corporate strategy
Strong understanding of compliance, data security, and risk management in global product development
