About the role
- Produce, modify, and maintain wireframes, prototypes, and interface designs for ShareFile
- Demonstrate ideas and interactions following defined requirements and contribute to defining requirements
- Work with business requirements, use cases and user stories; prepare user personas, interaction flow diagrams
- Assist in building information architecture for specific features or product areas
- Follow established UI patterns, guidelines, Design Thinking and User Centered Design concepts
- Collaborate with UX leads, researchers and PMs to validate designs through user feedback, usability testing, and A/B experimentation
- Contribute to Product-Led Growth flows, onboarding, billing experiences, and design system components
- Provide guidance and support to new team members; perform independent design work with moderate supervision
Requirements
- Expanded conceptual knowledge of UX principles
- Strong understanding of design, prototyping and user research within tight development windows
- Understands business needs and the product domain
- Demonstrated professional experience in Product Design, UX, UI, or similar
- May require a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field
- Working knowledge and understanding of software technologies, tools and trends
- Demonstrated experience with diverse stakeholders, designers and developers
- Strong understanding of current product-related user interface technologies and trends
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Delivers well-defined tasks with measurable impact on project quality or delivery timelines
- Must be local to Raleigh, NC to be considered (hybrid role)
