Requirements
8+ years of software engineering and 2+ years of engineering management experience, leading teams in a high-growth environment.
Experience with leveraging Generative and Agentic AI and/or machine learning to enhance customer experiences.
Proven ability to drive rapid experimentation, embrace a fail-fast mindset, and iterate quickly based on data and feedback.
Strong technical acumen—comfortable discussing architecture and trade-offs, and contributing hands-on when needed.
A collaborative and pragmatic mindset, with the ability to align engineering with business objectives.
Experience in fintech, proptech, or a data-heavy industry is a plus but not required.
