Growth Marketing

• Build the B2B Lead Engine - you’ll design, test, and scale a lead acquisition strategy from the ground up, developing repeatable and measurable playbooks across multiple channels (digital, events, partnerships, outbound, ABM, and more)
• Own Channel Strategy and Execution - you’ll plan, launch, and optimise acquisition campaigns across paid media, content syndication, email, LinkedIn, webinars, trade shows, and partner co-marketing initiatives
• Drive Partner Ecosystem Growth - you’ll generate inbound interest and build a high-quality pipeline of distributors, integrators, installers, and homebuilder opportunities, as well as B2B2C partners
• Collaborate Across Teams - you’ll work hand-in-hand with Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing to ensure seamless lead handover, consistent messaging, and effective partner engagement
• Performance Measurement and Optimisation - you’ll define KPIs and lead quality metrics, track performance across all channels, and continuously refine campaigns to increase efficiency and conversion
• Test and Scale - you’ll lead a culture of experimentation, identifying new acquisition tactics, testing bold ideas, and scaling what delivers the best commercial results
• Own the Acquisition Tech Stack - you’ll work with CRM, e-commerce, and product teams to manage the marketing automation and attribution tools that underpin transparent, scalable lead management
• Champion Data and Insight - you’ll use data to drive decision-making, forecast pipeline contribution, and ensure marketing investment translates directly to revenue impact
• Represent the Brand Externally - you’ll attend trade shows, events, and partner activations to promote Pod, gather market intelligence, and build trusted relationships with industry players.

B2B Acquisition Manager

Program Manager

• Define and lead the transformation roadmap - you’ll define programme phases of our digital transformation, aligning delivery to strategic objectives and commercial priorities
• Stakeholder Leadership - you’ll drive alignment of internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure successful delivery and collaboration. You’ll act as the bridge between the business and technology. You’ll partner with executive stakeholders to shape and drive outcomes
• Business Transformation - you’ll work with product teams to simplify and standardise customer journeys, replacing manual processes with automation and scalable workflows. You’ll ensure target operating models are aligned with CRM designs
• Project Governance and controls - you’ll establish and maintain governance frameworks, including project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and change control procedures. You’ll lead Steering forums and maintain delivery confidence through consistent project reporting, including dashboards, executive summaries and KPI tracking
• Budget and Resource Management - you’ll monitor project budgets, control costs, and allocate resources effectively to meet delivery targets
• Risk and Issue Management - you’ll proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies

• User Adoption and Training - you’ll drive onboarding, training, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption and long-term success
• Post-Implementation Optimisation - you’ll lead continuous improvement initiatives post-launch, ensuring HubSpot is fully leveraged to deliver ongoing business value.

Programme Manager – Business Transformation

• Own Paid Search Performance - you’ll lead the strategy and hands on execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, treating paid search as a core acquisition lever. You’ll continually optimise structure, bidding, messaging and landing page alignment to improve ROAS and reduce CAC
• Grow and Optimise Affiliates and Partnerships - you’ll manage and develop Pod’s affiliate programme, covering partner recruitment, relationship management and commercial optimisation. You’ll regularly review partner mix, commission structures and tenancy opportunities to drive efficient, incremental growth
• Deliver Acquisition-led Media Beyond Search - you’ll plan, manage and optimise activity across channels such as display and video, supporting funnel progression and conversion efficiency. You’ll contribute to broader multi‑channel initiatives spanning targeting, creative development, measurement and post‑campaign analysis
• Lead Experimentation and Testing - you’ll own and execute structured experimentation roadmaps across paid acquisition, identifying under‑utilised channels, new opportunities and scalable growth levers. You’ll build clear hypotheses and commercial cases to validate incremental impact
• Drive Insight through Measurement and Forecasting - you'll produce high-quality, data-led performance reporting with clear, actionable insights to refine campaign strategies. You'll own channel forecasts to support budget planning, pacing and allocation decisions
• Stay up to date with the Market - you’ll monitor competitor activity, platform updates and wider market dynamics, using these insights to inform strategy, messaging and testing priorities
• Collaborate Cross-functionally - you’ll work closely with creative and brand teams, ecommerce, product, tech, analytics and external agencies to ensure paid activity aligns with wider business goals, supporting effective conversion journeys and delivering a cohesive end‑to‑end customer journey
• Support Robust Tracking and Measurement - you’ll partner with analytics and tech teams to ensure reliable conversion tracking and measurement frameworks are in place, proactively flagging issues and contributing to solutions
• Work with Pace and Flexibility - you’ll move comfortably between rapid exploration, structured iteration, and detailed polish, adapting your approach based on the problem at hand.
