About the role
- Oversee multiple functions and coordinate with various areas within AMG
- Process mapping and requirements documentation in support of strategic LOB and technology initiatives
- Support continuous improvement efforts to resolve pain points and address opportunities
- Participate in projects and initiatives to determine impacts to teams
- Communicate technical information and recommendations to relevant parties
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- Business and technical expertise with the existing Amtrust application
- Process Improvement, Change Management, and Project Management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable combination of education and experience
- Must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
